Participation in the full programme is compulsory. Students are expected to attend all sessions, workshops and presentations.

Students arrive the day before the week starts and depart after the closing session. Travel arrangements are made by the sending institution.

The host institution evaluates teamwork, the final deliverable and the presentation. The sending institution decides how the result is credited.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the host institution. Cancellations after the registration deadline may still be invoiced.

The host institution invoices the sending institution after the week. Prices are per student and stated on each week page.
